PLEASE SEE PRE-ORDER INFO BELOW:

As we continue to grow we are putting in place a Pre-order system for our Fall/Winter ’22 Collection. This is the first time we are working this way as all items have been made to order by our designer in the past. We have relaunched the brand and have developed this collection with two local manufacturers and have begun our small-batch production run with both!

So what does this mean for you? We are beginning this season with a pre-order and only launching a small size run of garments with our manufacturers once our pre-order opens up on September 1st. This means quantities are limited and once we’ve hit our allotted number of sales for each style we will mark the item as sold out. This helps us develop the right amount of pieces and not over produce garments! Our Pre-Order will be open from September 1st to September 16th. Once our pre-order ends please allow 2-3 weeks to receive a shipment email!

  

How is Del Luvra sustainable?

Del Luvra uses a Slow Fashion model and beginning to practice small-batch production in New York City beginning with our Fall/Winter '22 collection. Our materials are sourced online and in-person and we continue to work to use more sustainable fabrics each collection. As a brand we know there is more to be done to improve our sustainability practices and are making a continuous effort to move in a more sustainable direction as we grow to find new and innovative ways to do our part in sustaining our planet.

 

How does shipping work?

Del Luvra will send you an email once your product ships. Regardless of if you choose standard or fast shipping please pay attention to if your item is on pre-order, in-stock, or made to order. This will be listed in the product description.

 

What happens if my product is stolen?

Del Luvra is not responsible for stolen goods and unfortunately cannot do anything to replace or refund the order. Once we ship your product and a tracking number is sent to the address given to us we are no longer responsible for your product. We will do our part in making sure that the address given to us matches the address your product arrives to.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have begun shipping worldwide! Please let us know if you do not see your country and we can do our best to help with this. Please email up at delluvra@delluvra.com. 

 

Are you available in-stores or have any locations to purchase?

We are an e-commerce brand and will inform customers once we begin stocking at retailers!
